In today’s hectic, business environment, your staff may be stressed more than ever before with life’s pressures.   Much is due to lifestyle choices, environments, and relationships causing negative emotions that can have the potential to manifest eventually in their physical body, causing dis-ease;  leaving them feeling weary, hassled,  and unable to cope with daily work life.   This could lead to your staff taking time off work short or long term, or poor productivity if they stay at work.  This could be a financial loss to your company. 

With my therapies your staff can take at least an hour from their routine to benefit from relaxation and calm, for an oasis in their day, to refresh and ease Mind, Body, Spirit and Emotions.   This has the potential to increase productivity and efficiency.  This has a cumulative effect on your staff making them feel worthy, appreciated, of value to your company and lifting their spirits, to return to their desks happier, more confident and focused workers, refreshed and inspired, ready to cope with whatever their day may bring.

I also provide a service for corporate contracts, short or long term i.e. Tours, Events.   I am able to travel alongside the client for individual attention.

I can combine Kinesiology, Crystal Healing, Flower Essences, Meditation and Relaxation Techniques to rebalance, harmonise and relax the body, giving a feeling of wellbeing.

I can also tailor-make sessions for staff groups, called "Help Yourself To Health".   This can help your staff to stand in their own power and be responsible for their health and wellbeing, showing them simple self-help techniques for inner peace and relaxation.
